1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat fee, the same for every product. In Poland it is 19 PLN, and delivery is free for orders from 950 PLN. In the USA it is $27, and delivery is free for orders from $247. Everywhere else it is $27. The pre-sale suit ships for 19 PLN in Poland and $27 abroad, with no free-delivery threshold.
2. How long does delivery take?
In Poland, 2 to 4 days. To the USA and internationally, up to 14 days. The pre-sale suit is delivered before Christmas.
3. Do I pay customs or import duties?
No. We cover duties and import taxes on international orders. In the USA You see the price plus state sales tax at checkout, and there are no other costs.
4. Do prices include tax?
In Poland, prices include 23% VAT. In the USA, state sales tax is added at checkout.
5. What is Your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If You are not completely satisfied, send the piece back and we will refund Your money. The full terms are on our refund policy page.
6. Which payment methods do You accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. The methods available depend on Your country, and You see them at checkout.
7. Is there a discount for buying more than one piece?
Yes. You get 10% off when You buy two or more pieces. It is applied automatically in Your cart. The pre-sale suit is not included.
8. My size or color is sold out. What can I do?
Open the product page, choose the size or color, and leave Your e-mail in the form that appears. We will let You know when it is available, or help with a special order.
9. How do I choose a size?
Every product page has a size chart. For hats, special bands fit head circumferences of about 55 to 58 cm (21 to 22 inches). If You are unsure, write to us and we will help.
10. What are the pieces made of?
Our velour sets are made of soft, breathable cotton velour with artistic trim and hand-selected patterns. Our hats are made of premium soft-touch suede.
