The velour suit that behaves like a tracksuit
Most tailoring asks you to choose. Look sharp and spend the evening pulling at your collar, or stay comfortable and look like you gave up halfway. This piece exists so you never have to make that trade.
It starts with the cloth. Heavyweight velour, 80% cotton, with the weight and the softness you would expect from a proper tracksuit rather than the thin shiny stuff. Every panel is cut one way, so the pile runs in the same direction across the whole suit. That is why the colour reads deep and even instead of patchy, and it is the step most factories skip.
Where the tailoring comes in
The collar is gently interlined so it stands up on its own. That single detail is what makes this read as a blazer rather than a hoodie: it holds its line across the shoulders and behind the neck, hours into the evening. Underneath, every seam is sewn with stretch thread, so the suit moves when you move instead of fighting you.
The artwork is built in, not printed on
The panels at the collar, the cuffs and the chest pocket are separate pieces of printed velour, cut so the pattern resolves correctly only once the suit is sewn together. A centimetre out and the composition breaks, which is why these can only be made in small numbers.
The pockets are printed on both sides in recycled polyester, so the colour is there whether your hands are in them or not. And somewhere on the piece there is a hidden pocket. Every Awaken Art piece has one.

A two-piece set: the jacket and matching straight trousers, with a printed drawstring at the waist and the gold jaguar crest at the chest. Wear it together as a suit, or split it up. The jacket works over jeans, the trousers with a plain tee.

Printed artwork panels run across the collar, the sleeves and the drapes. Each panel is cut so the composition reads correctly once the piece is sewn together — which is the reason these can only be made in small numbers.
