30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (REFUND POLICY)
Not happy with Your order? You can return it within 30 days of receiving it, and we will refund the full purchase price. The piece must be new and unworn, with its tags attached. Pieces bought on sale can be returned too.
How a return works
- Write to us (You will find our e-mail address under the button at the bottom of this page) with Your order number and tell us You would like to return it.
- We reply with the return address and the next steps.
- Send the piece back to us, new and unworn, with its tags attached. When we receive it, we refund the full purchase amount to the payment method You used.
Condition of the returned piece
The piece must be new and unworn, with the tags still attached. This applies to every piece, including pieces bought on sale or with a discount code.
Shipping costs
- Orders shipped within Poland: we refund the original shipping cost and we cover the cost of sending the return.
- International orders: we do not refund the original shipping cost and we do not cover the cost of sending the return.
- If the return is caused by a quality defect, we cover the shipping costs in both directions, also for international orders.
Customers in the European Union
Your statutory consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving Your order, are not affected. Our 30-day guarantee is an additional promise on top of them.
